Regular transport
Need vehicles regularly?
If you run the same lane six days a week, quoting it as a fresh shipment every morning is the wrong tool. A contract gets you a known vehicle, a known driver and a rate that reflects the volume you are actually committing to.
What you can ask for
Four shapes of regular capacity
Dedicated daily vehicle
A reefer allocated to you, running your route every working day. The same driver learns your docks, your timings and your paperwork.
Weekly transport
A fixed number of trips a week on an agreed lane, without raising a requirement each time.
Monthly vehicle contract
A vehicle on a monthly rate rather than a per-trip one, for predictable volumes.
Fixed route contract
One lane, one agreed rate, for a defined period. Useful when you are quoting your own customers and need your freight cost locked.
An example
What a contract request looks like
- Route
- Delhi NCR → Bengaluru
- Frequency
- 6 days a week
- Vehicle
- 14 ft reefer
- Temperature
- −18°C
- Start
- First of next month
- Term
- 12 months
Contract rates are quoted by a person, not generated by the platform. A monthly rate depends on your volumes, your timings, whether the vehicle is dedicated or shared and what the return leg looks like — none of which a form can price honestly. We take the request, put it to partners who run the lane, and come back with real numbers.
Tell us the lane and how often
You will need a ColdRun business account so we can attach the request to your company. It takes a minute.
