Delete your ColdRun account
You can start deletion in the app or request it here without reinstalling ColdRun. We verify ownership before closing an account and removing data that we are not legally required to retain.
From the ColdRun app
Open Settings, choose Request account deletion, review the retention notice, and confirm the request. The app shows any live shipment, open quote, unpaid invoice or unsettled payout that must finish first.
Without the app
Email the monitored address below from the email on your account. Include the mobile number used to sign in and your company name. Never send a password, OTP, bank PIN or payment card number.

Identity check
We confirm the request through an email address or mobile number already associated with the account.
Within 30 days
We complete eligible requests within 30 days and confirm when sign-in has been closed and deletion has been handled.
Required retention
Tax invoices and completed shipment records may be retained for the periods in our privacy notice. We explain anything that cannot yet be erased.
